How our schemes are funded?
If you are eligible for help from us, you will not need to pay anything. We know it seems too good to be true, but our schemes are fully funded by organisations that want to help keep you warm at home. If you have a landlord, they may also be asked to contribute.
You can find a full list of our funding partners here.

What solutions are available?
Air Source Heat Pumps
The pump pulls in air from outside, then uses it to heat a special refrigerant liquid. As it warms up, the liquid turns into gas.
This gas is compressed to increase its temperature – and provide lots of lovely heat for your home.
Will include smart heating controls for you to easily control the temperature in each room.
Loft Insulation
A material that is placed between the roof and the ceiling of your house to stop heat from escaping.
External Wall Insulation
Two layers of material are used - one to offer insulation, and an outer layer of mineral or synthetic render to protect against weather and provide a decorative finish.
Cavity Wall Insulation
Insulation materials are inserted in the gaps between the two sets of thin walls on the outside of a house.
Solar PV
More commonly known as Solar panels. The panels convert energy from the sun into electricity to be stored and used.
Under floor insulation
Under Floor Insulation (UFI) is when a layer of insulated material is installed under the floorboards but above either concentrate or timber wood.
