Request a review

If you believe that your application has been wrongly refused you can request a review of the decision. 

This request must be made within 28 days of the decision letter. To do so, we ask that you include further evidence in support of your application or further evidence to support how you mobility/condition might have changed since your application. 

The review will be carried out by someone that has not been involved in the initial outcome of your application to ensure that a fair review is conducted.

Requests for a review of the decision are unlikely to be successful without this additional evidence. Please send your request, along with any additional evidence, to blue.badges@staffordshire.gov.uk

Please note - If your review is successful, the £10 fee will still apply and a payment will need to be made, should the original transaction have already been refunded.
