Lost or Stolen Blue Badge
Where a badge has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, or has become so damaged or faded that it is illegible or cannot be identified correctly or distinguished from a forgery, a replacement badge can be issued.
Please note
- There is a £10 fe for a replacement badge. You will be contacted by the Blue Badge team to make a card payment over the phone once we are ready to process your application.
- To prevent fraud we can only post replacement badges to the address on the original badge record. If you have moved address we will need to see proof of new address before we can issue a replacement badge
- The expiry date shown on the replacement badge will be the same as the date that appeared on the original
- If the badge is subsequently found or recovered, the original badge should be returned to us
