Support sessions

The Care Market Development Team run support sessions with adult social care providers operating in Staffordshire who are looking for support and guidance.

These sessions are typically held between a member of the team and the manager of the care service. An officer from the team can discuss with you a variety of topics, such as recruitment and retention, staff wellbeing and training.

The sessions are based around the areas that you would like to discuss, but a member of the team will also offer additional opportunities or areas for potential development.
