What would happen if someone did not complete the course or failed the course?
Answer:
Feedback is given and responses can be developed so that the course will not be failed.   
An interview and induction are carried out prior to starting to make sure there is not anything that might hinder achievement, that they are fully aware of the expectations of the course and that they can commit to it.
