In the same way as many businesses do for people with a disability, you could automatically offer a care leaver an interview if they meet your minimum job specification. 

Support care leavers in any or all of these ways and you’ll receive a Care Leavers Covenant Quality Mark and automatic accreditation to the Care Leavers Covenant.
