You have the right to cancel your participation in the service at any time and have your records removed in their entirety.

- By applying to participate in this telephone support service, you agree to Staffordshire County Council representatives contacting you and you understand that we are in no way affiliated with any manufacturers, websites or apps that might be discussed. You might need to agree separately to their terms and conditions, but that would be your own decision and would not be on the advice or instruction of the county council.
- In using the telephone support service, you understand and accept that our advice and guidance is necessarily basic and general and that we are not acting in a professional advisory capacity that gives rise to any contractual or other liability for the outcomes of the service.
