Tamworth Watling South By-Election Result

A new Staffordshire County Councillor for the Tamworth Watling South division has been elected following a by-election.

Alex Farrell was elected as councillor with 858 votes and retained the seat for the Conservative party.

The full results were:

• Alex Farrell Conservatives 858 votes
• Carol Dean Labour 714 votes
• Barry Gwilt Reform UK 110 votes
• Helen Miller-Viney Liberal Democrats 160 votes

The turnout was 19.13 per cent.
