Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent will showcase what makes the county and city together a great place to invest and do business at a national event next spring.
A delegation will be returning to promote the area at UKREiiF (UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum) in Leeds to over 12,000 attendees.
The three-day event is in its fourth year and brings together local and regional public sector organisations with Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more. It is being held on 20, 21 and 22 May 2025.
The delegation includes the county council, all eight district and borough councils and Stoke-on-Trent City Council as We Are Staffordshire – the county and city place marketing organisation.
It will promoting key investment and development opportunities across the county and city, including the Fifty500 green energy and manufacturing corridor (A50 and A500), town and city centre regeneration and the launch of a new partnership growth zone in South Staffordshire and Wolverhampton.
Hosting Stand E22 at the event, We Are Staffordshire is still keen for potential sponsors to get on board. People can find out more about the event and the We Are Staffordshire schedule on its webpage.
This year’s sponsors include Keele University and developers Stoford.
Staffordshire County Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for economy and skills Philip White said:
