A meeting room at Silverdale Enterprise Centre in Newcastle-under-Lyme
Booking meeting rooms and hot desks has just become easier than ever, thanks to a newly launched online booking system.
As part of Staffordshire County Council’s revamped enterprise centre website, the new system means anyone can secure flexible workspaces across the county council’s eight enterprise centres in just minutes.
Philip White, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Economy and Skills at Staffordshire County Council, said:
"We know that more people than ever need flexible, professional spaces to work from, whether they’re running a business, working remotely, or simply need a quiet place to focus.
“This new booking system makes it quick and easy for anyone to access high-quality workspaces in convenient locations across the county."
Meeting rooms and hot desks come with Wi-Fi, presentation screens, breakout areas, on-site administrative support and communal kitchens.
Selected enterprise centres also offer mailbox rentals, providing businesses with a professional address.
Meeting rooms are available to book at Shire Hall Business Centre, Cannock Chase Enterprise Centre, Lymedale Business Centre, Silverdale Enterprise Centre, Waterside Court and Lymedale Court Enterprise Centre.
Hot desks can be booked at Shire Hall Business Centre in Stafford and will soon also be available at Waterside Court Enterprise Centre in Burton.
