Language
Your web browser will be able to support the translation of a webpage into your preffered language. See below for instructions on how to do so for your selected browser.
Safari - Mobile
Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad, then visit a webpage that's in a language you'd like to translate and watch for the address bar to indicate that a translation is available.
Tap the aA button in the far-left of the address bar, then select Translate to [Language] in the dropdown menu. If you don't see the option, the webpage either isn't compatible with Safari's translation feature or the language isn't supported.
Safari - Desktop
In the Safari app on your Mac, go to the web page you want to translate.
If the web page can be translated, the search field displays the translate button.
Click the translate button, then choose a language.
If you think the translation might need improvement, click the translate button, then choose report translation issue. The translation is sent to Apple for review.
Chrome - Mobile
On your device, go to the web page you want translating. Use the three dots - usually in the top right hand corner of the browser, then select translate... you will then be shown the language that the page is currently in. You then have the option to add an additional language.
Chrome - Desktop
Chrome on desktop will automatically detect when a page is not in the users set language. You will then have the option to translate pop-up just under the search bar.
