Resilience Based Clinical Supervision (RBCS) for Social Care

The Foundation of Nursing Studies (FoNS) is offering a free RBCS training programme for nurses and nurse associates, in social care settings in England.

This restorative form of supervision offers a supportive safe space where people can explore issues and their feelings, which can affect how they carry out their work when caring for a vulnerable population.

The funding for this programme runs until December 2026.

The programme is delivered virtually by FoNS facilitators using MS Teams. The time commitment is 14 hours, over 5 sessions, including pre-work, group work, reflection and evaluation. It can be used as part of Continuous Professional Development for revalidation.
