  • Teachers can modify their responses to individual children on the basis of need.

  • Teachers work as part of a team with any teaching assistants they have in my classroom.

  • Teachers have access to CPD opportunities and other support to meet sensory, physical and medical needs.

  • Teachers are able to discuss sensory, physical and medical concerns with the SENCo and/or the senior leadership team when required.
