Applications closed on 31 October 2024.

You can make a late application by completing the paper application form and either:

• email the form to admissions@staffordshire.gov.uk

or

• print out the form and post it to:

Please note: Late applications may not be processed until after National Offer Day (03 March 2025).  Those that are received very close to or after national offer day will not be processed until after 17 March 2025. 

UTCs / Studio Colleges

JCB Academy requires applicants to take a CAT test as part of the application process.  Please view the UTC's information on how to apply for further details.

In-year applications

The following form can be completed if you wish to apply for a school place during the school year.

Please note: This must be returned to your chosen school in the first instance, who will respond to you directly. You should receive a written response to your application within 15 school days.  If this time has passed please see further information with regard to not receiving a response or receiving a refusal.

Supplementary Forms

Supplementary forms are required for the following schools in addition to the completion of your home local authority application form. 

The below options link to the individual school's website. Please view the admission arrangement documents on their website to complete the supplementary form attached to the end of the document.
