About community learning

Welcome to the Community Learning Service

Staffordshire’s Community Learning Service provides informal and formal learning programmes for all Staffordshire adults aged 19+. The Service commissions the provision through a range of delivery partners to achieve a wide offer of online and community-based learning programmes. The Service attracts approx. 3,000 learners each year and has been recognised by the 2023 Ofsted Inspection as being a ‘good’ provider of adult learning.

We have a range of daytime courses available in different locations across Staffordshire, as well as online courses that you can access from the comfort of your home.

You don’t need any prior skills or qualifications to join one of these courses.  And many of our courses are free or have fee reductions depending on your circumstance.
