Please complete the following details to notify Community Learning of the reporting of a safeguarding or potential safeguarding incident/enquiry for Community Learning funded learners only.

The form will automatically be marked as confidential and must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident/ enquiry.

Important: this form will not replace the multi-agency referral form or constitute a referral and will only be used for notification of a potential safeguarding issue/enquiry to Community Learning.
