Parents
If you are a parent / carer and you feel that your child should be discussed at your next local hub meeting, you should discuss this with your SENCo or headteacher.
If your child / young person has already been referred to the hub, your school will have requested your permission and views. Your views are extremely important to us and will help paint a picture of your childs needs at home as well as in school. The parent / carer views form (698 KB) can be downloaded by clicking on the link provided. Your views will be discussed at the hub meeting along with the schools referral.
You can:
- Give your form back to school
- Email to hubsouth@staffordshire.gov.uk
- Post to Paula Ricketts, Wightwick Hall School, Tinacre Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 8DA
If you have an enquiry about the South Staffs SEND Protoype you can contact the Coordinator, Paula Ricketts via email: paula.ricketts@staffordshire.gov.uk
