Every local authority is required to have a scheme for financing schools.
Our scheme sets out the financial relationship between ourselves and the maintained schools that we fund.
It contains requirements relating to financial management and associated issues, which are binding on both the County Council and all community, nursery, voluntary, foundation, community special or foundation special schools maintained by the County Council.
