Flood Questionnaire

In an emergency you should contact the emergency services.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect information to inform an investigation into why property flooding happened, and where possible, what might be done to reduce the chance of flooding happening again.

• If you have experienced flooding within Staffordshire that affected property (not just the highway) please complete our online flooding survey.
  
  
• For reporting highway flooding and road drainage issues only, please use their reporting tool.

Generally, if five or more residential properties flooded in a location, we will conduct a formal flood investigation, the result of which will be made available following its completion.

Please be aware that although we may share your details with our partners and risk management authorities, your data will not be shared with any other organisations. 

We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey. We will review and log the information you have provided, but depending on workload and the frequency of flooding around the county, may not be able to provide an immediate reply.
