Report dropped kerb enforcement

It is within the powers of Staffordshire County Council to undertake civil parking enforcement against vehicles parking next to dropped kerbs.

We carry out civil parking enforcement in accordance to a set hierarchy that is based upon factors such as the impact on the highway network or safety to highway users. Dropped kerb enforcement has been given a lower priority within this hierarchy as contraventions are often isolated events that don’t impact upon large sections of the highway network. Therefore, we do not provide a reactive service and enforcement will not be carried out immediately.

In addition, once enforcement has been requested, any vehicle observed by our civil enforcement officers to be parking next to the dropped kerb will be liable to receive a penalty charge notice. We cannot exempt any vehicle from this including your own.

If you would like to continue with requesting dropped kerb enforcement then please confirm so by completing the form below.
