The Staffordshire County Council (Cannock Chase) (Civil Enforcement of Parking) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Conversion) Order 2009 (Amendment) No.50/2024

1.         Staffordshire County Council on 23^rd July 2024 made a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to vehicle waiting restrictions on Rawnsley Road, Hednesford, Cannock.

2.         Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH, and during opening hours at Hednesford Library, Market Street, Hednesford, Cannock, WS12 1AD or at www.staffordshire.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.

3.         Persons questioning the validity or provisions of the Order on the grounds that such powers are not conferred by the Act, or that any requirement or instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date the Order was made apply to the High Court.

4.         The Order will commence on 05^th August 2024

The Staffordshire County Council (Cannock Chase) (Civil Enforcement of Parking) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Conversion) Order 2009 (Amendment) No.50/2024

The Staffordshire County Council  in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53, 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 ("the Act of 1984") as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 hereby makes the following Order:-

1.         This Amendment Order shall come into operation on 5^th August 2024 and may be cited as theStaffordshire County Council (Cannock Chase) (Civil Enforcement of Parking) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places)

2.         The above Order amends the Plan marked BP231, incorporating waiting restrictions at locations specified in the Schedule to this Order and which form part of the Staffordshire County Council (Cannock Chase) (Civil Enforcement of Parking) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Conversion) Order 2009 and in substitution thereof.
