Statement of Reasons:
Since the development of new housing (Fallow Park) currently situated within national speed limit and near the bend in the road, there have been safety concerns raised for residents exiting/entering the estate in their vehicles or on foot due to the lack of pedestrian footpaths.
This traffic regulation order is needed for avoiding danger to persons and other traffic using the road and for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
