Some centres have industrial units available on 5-year full maintenance and repair leases.
All tenants have flexible contracts with a rolling break clause so you can leave when you need to. Tenants need to give us one month’s notice before leaving.

Hot desks cost £10 per day or £99 per month.
Tenants have 24-hour access seven days a week to all our enterprise centres.
Not sure this is true, please check – Shire Hall can’t be 24 7 and don’t think all the others are either.
Absolutely. Fully serviced hot desks (power, free Wi-Fi and access to kitchen facilities) are available to hire every day without the worry of any further commitment. Please book them in advance*ADD LINK* to avoid disappointment.

Most of our enterprise centres have free car parking on site. Shire Hall Business Centre, which is in the heart of Stafford town centre does not have its own car park, but it is just steps away from key train and bus routes.
Our enterprise centres are owned and managed by Staffordshire County Council, so we can put you directly in touch with the teams that support small businesses to thrive. (support from SCC)
This includes the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Growth Hub. These teams provide advice and support and can signpost you to various sources of funding, skills training and development and support.
Staffordshire Jobs and Careers is a county council owned service that also offers any businesses of any size and sector with fully-funded recruitment help, advice around different types of employment and job placements.
