Charges
Our meeting room hire charges are dependent on who you are and what you want to use them for. They are split into three categories; A, B and C. Please see below for more information.
Please note: Hire charges for Wombourne Library and Community Centre are different from the ones shown below.
Charge category A
- MPs and Councillor's advice surgeries.
- Citizens Advice Bureau
- Parish Council Meetings
Charges
All rooms can be hired for free.
Charge category B
- Staffordshire County Council meeting.
- Adult Education (including Lifelong Learning administered by colleges)
- Local history and literary societies
- Education and cultural bodies
- Local authorities
- Non-profit making voluntary organisations
- Individuals
- Training for unemployed people
Charges
Charges are for 4-hour sessions (charges are per hour/part hour in brackets)
Interview rooms: £5
Small meeting room or IT suite: £25 (£12)
Large meeting room: £30 (£14)
Charge category C
- Commercial companies
- Functions making a profit for the hirer
- Exhibition space for commercial purposes

Interview room: £20 (£7.50)
Small meeting room or IT suite: £60 (£25)
Large meeting room: £70 (£30)
Hire of additional services
- Projector & screen/blackboard: £5.50 (Incl. VAT)
- TV receiver and/or video player/recorder: £9.50 (Incl. VAT)
- Urn & cups (does not include consumables): £4.50 (Incl. VAT)
- Kitchen (does not include consumables): £5.50 (Incl. VAT)
