Additional provisions and Supplementary Environmental Statements

Government deposited the following additional provisions to Parliament. As a result of continuing design work and ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders including ourselves, a number of changes to the route were bought forward and Supplementary Environmental Statements (SES) have been prepared to give effect to these changes:

Additional provision 2 and Supplementary Environmental Statement

Government deposited Additional Provision 2 (AP2) to Parliament on Monday 13 July 2015. The consultation ran from 17 July 2015 to 18 September 2015.  

We prepared a joint response  to AP2 and the associated SES together with Lichfield District Council. Both Councils welcome the changes bought forward and believe that we will contribute to reducing the environmental and social impact of the railway in Lichfield District.

Additional provision 4 and Supplementary Environmental Statement 3

Government deposited Additional Provision 4 (AP4) to Parliament on 12 October 2015. The consultation ran from 16 October 2015 to 23 December 2015.  

We prepared a joint response to AP4 and SES 3 together with Lichfield District Council.

Additional provision 5 and Supplementary Environmental Statement 4

Government deposited Additional Provision 5 (AP5) to Parliament on 2 December 2015. The consultation ran from 11 December 2015 to 22 January 2016.
