i54 South Staffordshire

Redhill Business Park
Redhill, located to the north of Stafford, off the A34 offered development land for seven plots with now only one available - Plot 1b. The site has permission for B1b and B1c, B2 and B8 uses.
General Electric have recently completed and relocated their Research and Development facility on the largest Plot 7 and are nearing completion of their second facility on the site - Plots 3 and 5.
Trebor Developments, working with US firm Rockspring have completed construction of a speculative 115,000 sq ft industrial development called Triton on Plots 4 and 6. Omicron have started construction of a 16,000 sq ft unit to relocate and expand their current facility on Plot 2a with Storage Boost securing Plot 2b to relocate and expand from their current location.
There is interest in Plot 1a leaving only 2.2 acres (Plot 1b) now available.

Kingswood Lakeside
Kingswood Lakeside is located to the south of Cannock. The site was formerly an opencast coal mine which has been extensively regenerated into a major business park containing four established businesses, two major speculative industrial units currently under construction and the final development plot is sold subject to contract.
Veolia Environmental Services have created a 40,000 sq ft headquarters employing circa 400 staff. Alternative Parcel Company (APC) have developed a 138,000 sq ft facility employing up to 420 people. HellermannTyton created a 63,000 sq ft design and logistics unit bringing in 55 jobs and First Choice Catering have recently taken occupation of a 100,000 sq ft facility bringing 120 jobs with expansion plans for a further 120 jobs within five years.
Kingswood Lakeside LLP are creating the CONNEQT development of two massive speculative industrial units (154,000 sq ft and 130,000 sq ft) and the final development plot is currently sold subject to contract for the speculative development of a 62,000 sq ft industrial unit.
