Communication and Safeguarding Training

This training video is available to everybody in Staffordshire, particularly voluntary sector organisations, adult social care staff and wider partners.

This session will cover:

• Communicating effectively (including active listening techniques and body language).
• Dealing with a safeguarding concern.
