Staffordshire SACRE Annual Report
Every Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) must, by law, produce an annual report on its work and on actions taken by its representative groups.
The annual report specifies any matters on which the SACRE has advised the local authority and describes the nature of the advice offered. The annual reports sets out the reasons for offering advice on matters not referred to it by the local authority.
A copy of the annual report is sent to The National Association of SACREs (NASACRE).
The National Association of SACREs supports the aims and the work of SACREs and provides a forum for the exchange of good practice. It lobbies for quality provision and represents SACRE interests nationally. The NASACRE website offers advice and exemplar material and publishes the termly newsletter.
