One-to-one sessions
If you’re looking for a little extra support or think you could benefit from one-to-one sessions to get into walking or cycling, our social prescribing programme may be just for you!
To support you and improve your health we can match your needs with the most suitable INTO coach and tailor activities to achieve your goals.
On this programme, we support you to improve your quality of life through exercise while providing you with accessible equipment and helping with costs to access our activities.
Health professionals and Community Link workers can refer individuals to our social prescribing programme, or you can refer yourself. Please check the eligibility criteria below or ask one of the team for further advice.
