Using the recycling centre
Please take care when using the recycling centre, keeping children and pets in the vehicle at all times and using pedestrian routes where possible. Consider wearing protective gloves and sturdy footwear to prevent cuts.
If you need help unloading your vehicle, please alert a member of staff. Please note that due to health and safety, site staff are not obliged to assist in lifting heavy bags of waste or items. Consider using small bags for heavy items and breaking up large heavy items before visiting the site.
For residents that don’t drive or have a vehicle, please contact us for advice.
